Request that the Board waive the $350 late fee assessed against Lobbyist Scott Sternberg for the late filing of an Expenditure Report. |

Mr. Sternberg states that he is a newly registered lobbyist and was unaware of the necessity to file expenditure reports regardless of whether expenses had actually been incurred. A client requested that he register and he did so in haste. Mr. Sternberg requests that this assessment be waived and he has taken measures to assure that expenditure reports are filed timely in the future.
