Request that the Board waive the $50 fee assessed against Benjamin Billings based on the late filing of the late filing of an Expenditure report. |

Mr. Billings states that he registered for the first time two months ago and did not realize that he needed to file an expense report when he didn't have any expenses. He received an email on June 26, 2015 that his report was overdue and immediately submitted it that morning, one day past the deadline. He realizes now that this report is due every month regardless of whether he incurs any expenses, which he did not during the month of May. Mr. Billings states that he has set up calendar alerts to ensure timely filing going forward.
