RE:
Request that the board waive the $400 campaign finance late fee assessed against Brad Rummel, a candidate for Slidell City Council, Council-at- Large, in the April 5, 2014 election, whose 2014 Supplemental report was filed 16 days late.
Facts:
In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the reports, Brad Rummel states that he he mailed the supplemental report timely, but it was not received. He states that he then sent the report again and when asked to amend the report he did so.

Mr. Rummel asks for leniency because he and his wife handled many aspects of the campaign on their own and this was a huge learning experience.
