RE:
Waiver request submitted by Phyllis Priscilla Wallace Broudreaux, Lake Bulland Homeowners Association/Improvement District, regarding a $1,500 late fee assessed for filing her 2013 Tier 2.1 annual PFD 45 days late.
Facts:
Ms. Boudreaux states that she resigned from the board on January 5, 2014 and for that reason thought that she was not required to file any disclosure statements. She also states that the imposition of a late fee would create a financial hardship for her and her husband, as they rely solely on social security benefits.
