Elizabeth McCain consulted the Law office of Philip Montelepre regarding an alleged failure to file a Supplemental Registration Report notifying the Board of her termination of employment with the North Louisiana Economic Partnership (NELP) for the year 2015.
Mr. Montelepre respectfully submits that Ms. McCain should never have been required to register as a lobbyist and she has never engaged in any lobbying. In the alternative, she respectfully requests that the Board waive the late fee assessed against her for the late filing.
