In connection with her request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Charles Brumfield, Jr., attorney for Kiplyn Andrews, states that the reports were late because Mr. Andrews' treasurer was out of town on personal and business matters and was unable to certify the reports.

Each candidate for any other public office shall file reports of contributions in excess of two hundred dollars in the aggregate during the aggregating period.
