Mr. Cheramie is an officer for the Commission Harbor Police Department. He has learned to use the Commission's TACCS computer system through his position. This system has specific applications for law enforcement and port use. AIC is the exclusive vendor for TACCS and has an active contract for services with the Commission. AIC has approached Mr. Cheramie to become a sub-contractor for various other law enforcement and non-public organizations in other jurisdictions.
If Mr. Cheramie accepts this position he would only work for AIC on his days off or when he takes annual leave from the Commission Police Department.
