Alvin Landry was selected to serve as the alternate administrative law judge at the Board's December 20, 2013 meeting. Mr. Landry has served as a member Ethics Adjudicatory Board - Panel A since April 2014. Mr. Landry submitted his letter of resignation to the Division of Administrative Law. Therefore, the current alternate, Romaine White, will serve as a member of Panel A. A new alternate administrative law judge needs to be selected to serve on the Ethics Adjudicatory Board.
The current term of the members of the Ethics Adjudicatory Board ends December 31, 2016.

R.S. 42:1141.2B(1) provides that the members of the EAB shall serve a three-year term.
R.S. 42:1141.2A provides that the members of the EAB shall be randomly selected by the Division of Administrative Law Director at a public meeting of the Ethics Board from among the names of those administrative law judges who meet the qualifications.
