Mr. Landon states that he actually filled out the online form prior to the filing deadline. However, he accidentally neglected to complete the online process by clicking the "Finalize and File" button on the website. He mistakenly assumed that he had completed the process. As soon as he received notice from the Board that his filing was late, he completed the transaction. This is Mr. Landon's first late filing and assures that it will not happen again.
