Request that the board waive the $2,500 campaign finance late fee assessed against Richard Perque, a candidate for Traffic Court Judge, Division D, Orleans Parish, in the October 19, 2013 election, whose 2014 Supplemental report was filed 196 days late. |
|
In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the reports, Richard Perque states that his supplemental report was late due to his most recent campaign for the November 4, 2014 election being operated out of the same account. He states that he had no activity to report for the 2014 supplemental report and the final report was to forgive personal loans.
