In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Wilfred Langlinais states that his wife attempted to timely file the 2012 Annual report on February 8, 2013, but she failed to properly submit it electronically. He did not realize the report had not been submitted properly until he received a letter from the Ethics Board.

Each candidate for any other public office shall file reports of contributions in excess of two hundred dollars in the aggregate during the aggregating period.
