In connection with her request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Sherry Boyles Jones, report preparer for Henry W. Boyles, states that on September 23, 2015 she filed uploaded the campaign finance report to the Ethics Board website. She did not realize that this is only allowed for Personal Financial Disclosures until she received a letter from the Ethics Board. Ms. Jones apologizes for the error and is embarrassed that she thought uploading a file was the same as electronically filing.

Each candidate for any other public office shall file reports of contributions in excess of two hundred dollars in the aggregate during the aggregating period.
