In connection with her request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Sharmita Rideau states that she filled out the wrong form for the 40-G report and corrected it immediately when she was notified. She also states that the 10-G report was late because it was due during the Thanksgiving holiday and the mail did not run.
