Ms. Porche states that the Police Jury Association has server problems at the time of filing, and the Louisiana Board of Ethics website was blocked as a result. The Police Jury Association had a conference call with their IT provider on Monday, October 27, to troubleshoot the issues. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issues on that particular Monday. Ms. Porche also states that she did not worry because she figured she could report at home that evening. However, when she went home and attempted to log in, her password and username were no longer saved on the account. She states she did not know the information off hand and the offices were already closed for the day. Ms. Porche called the lobbying staff the next day, obtained the log in information and submitted the report. This is Ms. Porche's first late filing.
