Kevin Walker, the Systems Administrator for the West Jefferson Medical Center, requested an advisory opinion regarding whether he would be prohibited from applying for and accepting a position with the Gulf South Quality Network (GSQN), while his father serves as an appointed board member for the East Jefferson General Hospital. Mr. Walker stated that GSQN provides services to both West Jefferson Medical Center and East Jefferson General Hospital.
Additional information regarding Mr. Walker's current position was requested on December 30, 2015, and again on February 3, 2016. Mr. Walker has failed to provide the requested information.
