RE:
Waiver request submitted by Willie George Lee, former member of the St. Helena Parish School Board - District 4, regarding a $150 late fee assessed for filing his 2014 Tier 3 Annual PFD 3 days late.
Facts:
Mr. Lee states that the imposition of a late fee would create a financial hardship for him. He explains that he and his wife both have medical conditions that have caused them to amass a great deal of medical bills.

Attorney Robert Carter stated he represents Mr. George in reference to the re-assessed late fee of $1,350 and requests that this fee be waived since he is no longer in office.
