RE:
Waiver request submitted by Beverly Ann Gordon, unsuccessful candidate for St. Helena Parish Clerk of Court in the October 24, 2015 election, regarding a $2,000 late fee assessed for filing her amended 2014 Tier 2 Candidate PFD 20 days late.
Facts:
Ms. Gordon received a notice of delinquency requesting she amend her pfd since she reported her income on Schedule G by category rather than on Schedule D by exact dollar figure. Further, Ms. Gordon states that her late filing was unavoidable because in addition to handling her own campaign, she suffered a minor stroke and was hospitalized. Ms. Gordon submitted supporting documentation to support her position.
