RE:
Request that the Board waive the $3,000, $2,000, $800 and $1,600 campaign finance late fees assessed against Butler Snow LA PAC, and its Treasurer, Elizabeth Clark, whose 10-P and 10-G reports in connection with the February 21, 2015 election were filed 85 and 54 days late respectively, and 30-P and 10-P reports in connection with the October 24, 2015 election were filed 4 and 8 days late, respectively.
Facts:
In connection with her request that the Board waive the late fees assessed for the late filing of the reports, Elizabeth Clark, Treasurer for Butler Snow LA PAC, states that the reports associated with the February 21, 2015 election were late because they mistakenly followed the March 28th schedule. She also states that the reports associated with the October 24, 2015 election were late because they misread the due dates on the schedule.
