The Board has historically reviewed legislation that will affect the laws administered by the Board of Ethics, including the Code of Governmental Ethics, the Campaign Finance Disclosure Act, and the Legislative, Executive and Local Lobbying Disclosure Acts, as well as legislation that will affect the administrative processes of the Board.
