Waiver request submitted by Charles Honore' Toups, White Lake Property Advisory Board, regarding a $150 late fee assessed for filing his 2014 Tier 2.1 Annual PFD 3 days late. |
|
Mr. Toups states that the board has not met in over two years. He acknowledges receipt of the Notice of Delinquency; however, because the board was inactive he did not think he was required to file the disclosure statement.
