RE:
Request that the Board waive the $560 campaign finance late fee assessed against the Downtown Development District Re-Election Committee, which supported a proposition in the October 24, 2015 election and whose 10-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 14 days late.
Facts:
In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Gabriel Vicknair states that the committee misunderstood the terms of the deadline. There were no contributions or purchases within the 10-P reporting period. He also states that the report was mailed on October 22nd and should have been marked as such.
