Request that the Board waive the $660 campaign finance late fee assessed against Francis H. "F.H." Metz, Jr., a candidate for Coroner in St. Mary Parish in the October 24, 2015 election, whose 30-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 11 days late. |

In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Francis H. "F.H." Metz, Jr. states that for the last 25 years he has been unopposed for St. Mary Parish Coroner and has not had one penny of campaign finance activity. He states that this was the first time he has had to file electronically and when he first made the attempt he thought he had submitted the report, but realized later he needed a special password. He apologizes and says he is completely computer illiterate.
