RE:
Appearance in connection with a request that the Board waive the $100 and $2,500 campaign finance late fees assessed against Laleshia Walker-Alford, a candidate for District Attorney, 1st Judicial District Court, in the October 24, 2015 Election, whose EDE-P and 10-G campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 1 and 95 days late, respectively.
Facts:
In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Talmadge E. Mitchel, report preparer, states that he did not understand that the 10-G report was due because Ms. Walker-Alford lost in the primary.
