Mr. Jones states that he has been a registered lobbyist in Louisiana since October 2013. Since that date, he has timely filed all required reports. He states that he believed the report had been filed; however, it was not completed or "finalized" within the Board's computer program. The report was immediately finalized upon receipt of the "Failure to File " notice email received on Tuesday, March 29, 2016.
