RE:
Waiver request submitted by Donald Travis "Tab" Lobell, Livingston Parish Council - District 8, regarding a $2,500 late fee assessed for filing his amended 2015 Tier 2 candidate PFD 121 days late.
Facts:
Mr. Lobell states that he did not intentionally avoid the Notice. He explains that he is a newly elected official and because of his desire to immediately begin working as a council member, he did not give attention to some of the clerical aspects, i.e., amending the disclosure statement.

Mr. Lobell also provides statements from Livingston Parish Council Clerk Sandy Teal, and Livingston Parish School Board Member Jim Richardson supporting and requesting that the waiver be granted.
