Request that the Board waive the $360 campaign finance late fee assessed against Judge Robert Pitre whose 2015 Annual campaign finance disclosure report was filed 6 days late. |
|
In connection with her request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Angela Parker, report preparer, states that Judge Pitre submitted all of the information to her timely, but she had computer problems the week the report was due and had someone working on her server. When the server was fixed, she attempted to submit the report all weekend and it was rejected. When she spoke with someone in the IT Department she was notified that she needed to update her Leaders program.
