Request that the Board waive the $1,000 campaign finance late fee assessed against Donald Lobell, a candidate for Councilman, Livingston Parish, in the October 24, 2015 election, whose 10-G campaign finance disclosure report was filed 28 days late. |

In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Donald Lobell states that this is his first time running for office. He was distracted from taking care of reports, because he was out campaigning. He is part of a group of parents in the community trying to come up with a plan to build a new high school. He is also kept busy with being involved with his church and attending sporting events for his children which has them travel to different states.
