Advisory opinion regarding whether a member of the Natchitoches Parish Council may participate in a vote involving a parish department in which his brother is employed and whether a family member of a council member may be selected and serve on a Fire District Board.
Facts:
The names of the individuals at issue were not given and it was unclear whether the individuals were aware of the opinion request and on who's behalf the opinion was being requested. Additional information was requested with a response due by April 15, 2016. No response has been received.
