The Louisiana Office of Motor Vehicles (OMV) submitted a disqualification plan indicating that Staci Hoyt, as Deputy Commissioner of OMV, will not supervise her sister, Paige Paxton while she is employed in the Driver Management Section of OMV. Staci Hoyt will be disqualified from any and all appointing authority duties regarding the employment of Paige Paxton. Any and all duties, decisions and approvals will be the responsibility of Karen St. Germain, Commissioner of OMV. Furthermore, Paige Paxton will be disqualified from all grading and recommendations submitted to the Deputy Commissioner for approval of selection.
