Request that the Board waive the $240 campaign finance late fee assessed against Dorothy Sue Hill, a candidate for State Representative, District 32 in the October 24, 2015 election, whose 40-G campaign finance disclosure report was filed 4 days late. |
|
In connection with her request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Dorothy Sue Hill states that the 40-G campaign finance report was filed on the wrong form. As soon as the matter was brought to her attention, her legislative assistant, Linda Willis, refiled the report on January 8, 2016. She states that this was an honest mistake with no intent to mislead or circumvent the reporting system.
