Request that the Board waive the $600 and two $850 late fees assessed against Scott Whittaker for failure to timely file Supplemental Lobbying Registration Reports. |

Mr. Whittaker states that he inadvertently listed employment dates for the following: March 29, 2016 for Canal Street Development and March 29, 2016 for New Orleans Building Corp. The employment start dates for these two companies should have been listed as April 20, 2016. He inadvertently listed the start date for Sid-Mar's Restaurant & Lounge, Inc. as March 29, 2016. The employment start date for this company should have been listed as April 15, 2016. Mr. Whittaker states that he did not perform the lobbyist functions for these companies prior to the revised start dates and he requests that we change the employment start dates on all three of the reports and waive the late fees assessed for each registration. The lobbying staff has left several messages for Mr. Whittaker regarding amending his registration reports.
