Request that the Board waive the $660 campaign finance late fee assessed against Jerry W. Nunez, a candidate for Cameron Parish Sheriff in the October 24, 2015 election, whose 30-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 11 days late. |
|
In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Jerry Nunez states that he could not afford to hire someone to help him file his reports. He also states that he was laid off on June 14, 2016 and this has placed a strain on his financial income.
