Request that the Board waive the $2,000 campaign finance late fee assessed against Paul J. Hogan, a candidate for St. Charles Parish Council, Division B in the October 24, 2015 election, whose 10-G campaign finance disclosure report was filed 231 days late. |
|
In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Paul Hogan states that he thought his 10-P report was the last report he was required to file because he did not spend any other money. He states that his campaign was self-funded and he did not have anyone helping with his campaign.
