Ms. Haney requests a waiver from the Board of Ethics regarding a late fee she was assessed for her failure to timely file a supplemental registration report for NRI- Comnet Construction. Her reason for delay was that the contract was dated but not yet executed by both parties. She has since read the entire statute and fully understands how to avoid this error in the future.
