Request to waive the $1,500 late fee assessed against Douglas Boudreaux for failure to timely file a Supplemental Lobbying Registration Report. |
|
CenterPoint Energy has researched its records and following a telephone conversation with Andrea Millet on June 28, 2016, it determined that the late filing of Mr. Boudreaux's Supplemental Registration Report was due to an oversight on the company's part. Mr. Boudreaux remains employed by the company, but recently relocated to Minnesota. Mr. Boudreaux has been in compliance regarding all other reporting requirements.
