The Bricolage Academy Board of Directors submitted a disqualification plan indicating that Josh Denson, as Executive Director of Bricolage Academy, will not supervise his wife, Erin Denson, while she is employed as a teacher at Bricolage Acdemy. Josh Denson will be disqualified from all decisions regarding the employment of Erin Denson. The Lower School Director will have exclusive supervisory and managerial authority over her. Further, Bricolage Academy utilizes a lock-step salary structure which eliminates discretion in setting initial salary and awarding raises.
