Request that the Board waive the $1,000 campaign finance late fee assessed against Gerald "Jermarr" Williams, a candidate for Mayor, Town of White Castle in the November 4, 2014 election, whose EDE-G report was filed 582 days late. |
|
In connection with his request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the report, Gerald Williams states that he did not receive notice that the EDE-G report was late until July 14, 2016. He also states that he relied on a professional to assist him with the reports. He asks that the fine be waived because he was not late with any other reports for this election and it had $0 activity.
