In connection with her request that the Board waive the late fee assessed for the late filing of the reports, Angela L. Brown states that she is requesting a waiver of the late fees because of a financial hardship. She relocated to prepare for a kidney transplant in California. She has been on the kidney transplant list in Louisiana and was recently transferred to California to receive a treatment which will enable her to receive a transplant from a living donor. She has been doing all that she can to prepare financially for the move and the subsequent recovery time. She is still in the process of recovering from a very costly campaign and does not have the money to pay the late fees.

Each candidate for any other public office shall file reports of contributions in excess of two hundred dollars in the aggregate during the aggregating period.
