Alice Wallace, Executive Secretary for the Town of Winnsboro, would like to know whether a city employee may operate a roadside service unlocking automobiles if the police department also provides this service.The city employee has no affiliation with the police department and is employed in the Mayor's Office.
Ms. Wallace asked to withdraw her request because the city employee no longer works for the town.
