David Robin owns Gene Robin Towing. Gene Robin Towing has been on the Scott Police Department's rotation list for towing services at accident scenes. Mr. Robin is not compensated in any way from the City of Scott and payment for services is received from the owner of the vehicle or the insurance company covering such vehicle. The Scott Police Chief is an elected position. The hiring and firing of officers is subject to the discretion of the Scott Police Chief.
