White Consulting Engineers serves as the designer of record for the asbestos abatement project for Iberville Parish. |

As the designer Wynn L. White Consulting Engineers, Inc will be observing the abatement and monitoring process on behalf of the Parish. Mr. White stated that the abatement contractor has asked you for a proposal to collect and analyze their personal air samples. He provided that the contractor is doing work for the Parish under your plans and specification.

La. R.S. 42:1111C(2)(d) prohibits a public servant or any legal entity in which he owns in excess of 25% from receiving a thing of economic value for services rendered to any person who conducts operations or activities that are regulated by the public servants agency.
