Consideration of changes to the forms based on legislation enacted during the 2016 Regular Legislative Session.
Comments:
Attached is a chart of the legislation enacted during the 2016 session which indicates which forms were changed, along with the legislation that necessitated changes to the forms.

Also, attached are the forms. Changes to the forms are marked by a strikethrough or underscore.


Law:
If approved by the Board, the forms marked with an asterisk on website, require approval by our legislative oversight committees. R.S. 18:1511.3A(2) and 42:1134A(3) require approval for all campaign finance forms, and instructions and explanations for the completion of such forms, as well the forms required by R.S. 42:1124, 1124.2, 1124.2.1, 1124.3 and 1124.5. The other items may be implemented upon approval.
