Dustin Cravins is requesting a waiver for his father, Donald Cravins', penalty for the delay in filing his June expenditure report. Don called Dustin and stated they were late filing for June. Dustin states that he filed the report on his phone and understood they would be charged a small fine. On August 10, 2016, they received a call from the Lobbying staff inquiring if there was a problem. Dustin immediately logged in and saw that he failed to complete the filing process several days earlier. Dustin and Donald Cravins are humbly asking the Board for a reduction in the fine.
