Beth Constant states she and a co-worker, Mary Tober, have been desperately trying to get this account closed for several years. They have been in constant contact with so many people at the Board of Ethics' office and are perplexed as to why this balance exist. The last notes were that Mary spoke with Michele Andrieu on 4/4/2016 to verify that this account was closed and that all reports had been filed correctly and in a timely matter.
