Ms. LaBorde is requesting a waiver for the delay in filing her July expenditure report. She was placed on leave for the treatment of Situational Depression and Grief due to the loss of her husband beginning June 10, 2016 and she returned to work on August 23, 2016. Documentation was requested. Her husband's obituary is attached.

La R.S. 24:55 provides that registered lobbyist shall file a monthly expenditure report by the 25th day of the subsequent month.
Rule 1205B allows the Board to rescind a late fee assessed because of a serious medical condition which prevented the filer from timely filing the report during the 14 days prior to the due date for the report.
