Mrs. Price does not provide procurement or purchasing services for ORM, nor does she review its contracts.

La. R.S. 42:1111C(2)(d) prohibits a public servant or her spouse from performing compensated services for a person that has or seeks a business, financial or contractual relationship with the public servant's agency.
