Request to waive the $550 late fee assessed against William Bryan for the late filing of the August 2016 Lobbying Expenditure Report.
Facts:
Mr. Bryan states that he was an Assistant Attorney General for eleven years prior to being hired into the private sector. He registered as a lobbyist as a proactive measure so he could offer clients representation in governmental relations. Mr. Bryan thought that he sent in his report on September 23rd. He states that he did not hit the correct button to send the report. Mr. Bryan also states that it was a technical error on his part and now has a better understanding of online filing.
