Request that the Board waive the $2,000 campaign finance late fee assessed against Robert C. Johnson, in his capacity as a candidate for District Judge / 4th Judicial District Court, ES 1, Div. J, and his committee for the November 4, 2014 election, whose 2015 supplemental campaign finance disclosure report was filed 252 days late. |

Robert Johnson requests that the fine against Janice Williams, his chairperson, be removed. He states that Gregory T. Page, his campaign treasurer, informed him that he asked for guidance from staff regarding filing requirements after the 2014 report was filed. His concern was how to handle funds that were remaining in the bank account and what future filing reports would be needed. Mr. Page stated to him that he was told, once the 2014 report was reviewed, further instructions would be forth coming. Nothing was received until the late fee order.
