Stephen Boyd is employed as Youth Sports Supervisor. Mr. Boyd's sister, Kelly Coker, is married to Ronnie Coker. Mr. Coker's sister is Mickey Hamilton. Ms. Hamilton is not considered and immediate family member of Stephen Boyd.

La. R.S. 42:1113A(1)(a) prohibits a public servant, excluding any appointed member of any board or commission, or immediate family member from bidding on or entering into any contract, subcontract, or other transaction that is under the supervision or jurisdiction of the agency of such public servant.
La. R.S. 42:1102(13) means a public servants children, the spouses of his children, his brothers and their spouses, his sisters and their spouses, his parents, his spouse, and the parents of his spouse.
