Oddist Lambrecht states that he did not think he was supporting or opposing a candidate because he wanted to propose ideas to fight the use of illegal street drugs. He requests a wavier or suspension of the late fees and, if that is not the desire of the Board, he requests a payment plan. Mr. Lambrecht states that he will be 67 years old in a few days. He's had two M.I.s & gets $1,125 a month. He asks that any such plan allow him to pay $125 a month on any amount the Board may determines as final.

Each candidate for any other public office shall file reports of contributions in excess of two hundred dollars in the aggregate during the aggregating period.
